Pure Play Media Reports Improved Sales With D2R Distribution

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Pure Play Media (PPM) reported an increase in catalog sales after the introduction of D2R distribution, which offers retailers access to PPM's entire library of titles, including new and hard-to-find titles.
“Basically, we are seeing a significant increase in our catalog sales as a result of D2R," said Bill Rix, PPM's national sales manager. "Stores now have the opportunity to purchase titles that would have been much harder to get from distributors, and we’re able to offer sales and specials directly to the retailer that we could not offer through wholesalers.”
PPM is giving away a brand new 2008 Chevy Malibu Hybrid in September.
